The day after Halloween I provided my massage therapy services to the talent at the Rock It 2 the Core event at Calabasas High School. It’s an annual a rock infused, charity driven yoga event empowering local youth & raising funds for Unlikely Heroes to fight human trafficking.
Andra Day, Aloe Blacc and 7Lions were the performers at the event. They are all incredible artists and it was a pleasure working with the talent at this event. The yoga was taught by Dawn Stillo, founder of the event, Drorit Rudin, owner of Agoura Power of Yoga, and well known yogi, Bryan Kest. All proceeds from the event went to Unlikely Heroes, which is a non-profit organization that provides safe homes and restoration for child victims of sex slavery.
There were about 35 vendors in attendance and lots of foot traffic. Yoga lasted a couple of hours and there was music throughout the evening. I can’t wait for next years event! Thank you Dawn Stillo for having me on your team this year! x
