BlackRoll Foam Rollers

When I get out of bed in the morning I often trip over my BLACKROLL® foam rollers on my floor. They are a reminder to foam roll first thing in the morning and the last thing before going to sleep. Do you foam roll? If not, you must start adding this to your daily routine! I highly recommend foam roller exercises for alleviating body aches and pains. I’m a massage therapist, so I have to care for my body more than most, and foam rolling is second nature to me. Plus, I have been an athlete my entire life, so massage and foam rolling have always been something I’ve always done to feel better. I’ve been rolling since college in 2000, so I’ve had plenty of experience testing out different products. Read More
