My latest piece for Massage Magazine, “Working With High-Profile Massage Clients Pre-COVID-19 & During The Pandemic” is live here. 📖 During this unprecedented time I’ve found a deeper love for self-care, conversations and yoga sessions over FaceTime and Zoom, binge watching Netflix shows, pool workouts, and lots of hiking and exploring the beautiful mountains nearby.

I’m so thankful for my loyal clientele and my blossoming massage empire. I want to share an interview I had recently because it expresses some information that many of you probably do not know about my massage career and sports massage. Check out my interview below!
Last week I was featured on Real Mom of SFV, a personal blog written & edited by Jennifer Miyagishima. The blog is about food, fitness, motherhood, pop culture and local businesses in the Los Angeles area & San Fernando Valley. When Jen asked if she could interview me, of course I said YES! I did
Back in March I was invited onto JENeration iHeart radio show with Jen Tapiero. It was my first radio interview, and I was excited to have done it along side a friend of mine. Singer, Vernon Burris and I were both guests and spoke about How music is therapeutic!!!! As you know, I’m a massage therapist and most
It’s always a good time when I’m massaging backstage with The Tennessee Kids at the Justin Timberlake 20/20 Experience World Tour show. A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to work with Team Bassic Black, and The Tennessee Kids at The Forum.
The day after Halloween I provided my massage therapy services to the talent at the Rock It 2 the Core event at Calabasas High School. It’s an annual a rock infused, charity driven yoga event empowering local youth & raising funds for Unlikely Heroes to fight human trafficking.
This past weekend I took part in the annual Walk to DeFeat ALS in Los Angeles, with The ALS Association Golden West Chapter. This was my 12th year participating in the walk, and it’s a very bittersweet day for my family. On Sunday October 19th, at Exposition Park, near USC in downtown Los Angeles, I set up my massage booth. This was the third year providing massage at the ALS Walk, and I feel so honored to do so, as it’s very near and dear to my heart.
When I get out of bed in the morning I often trip over my BLACKROLL® foam rollers on my floor. They are a reminder to foam roll first thing in the morning and the last thing before going to sleep.
Do you foam roll? If not, you must start adding this to your daily routine! I highly recommend foam roller exercises for alleviating body aches and pains. I’m a massage therapist, so I have to care for my body more than most, and foam rolling is second nature to me. Plus, I have been an athlete my entire life, so massage and foam rolling have always been something I’ve always done to feel better. I’ve been rolling since college in 2000, so I’ve had plenty of experience testing out different products.
Last year I worked with with Alicia Keys during their tour prep. It was an amazing experience! Since then I have worked with many bands, dancers and performers while they travel thru Los Angeles. During the AK tour prep, I was working with the dancers, band and crew; not only doing massage but also incorporating a lot of stretching in the routine I did. I also preached how important foam roller exercises can be, especially for the dancers. This blog post was written with the AK Tour team in mind.
The Monster Tour hit Los Angeles last week, featuring the collaboration of two of music’s biggest superstars, Eminem and Rihanna.
I was honored to do massage backstage with Team Bassic Black at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA. Today I feel super blessed having the opportunity to work with Rihanna’s band and meet so many talented musicians. The two shows were both sold out and the energy was just insane.
On June 7th I had an amazing and inspiring day, while doing massage therapy at the Surfers Healing Malibu event.
Surfers Healing seeks to enhance the lives of kids with autism, thru the experience of surfing. It’s founded by Israel and Danielle Paskowitz, after their son, Isaiah, was diagnosed with autism at age three. Most autistic children suffer from sensory overload, sensations of feeling overwhelmed, distracted and most children have serious melt downs. The ocean is a place where Isaiah felt calm and at peace.
I love working locally, especially in Malibu, next to the beach, on a farm with a beautiful view! 🙂
Last weekend I had a massage booth at the Malibu Earth Dreams Festival, at the Vital Zuman Organic Farm. It was a pretty beautiful day, and I met some new clients and many festival goers.
Last week I provided corporate massage for Equis Staffing in Calabasas. It was a surprise and the employees were so thankful and happy!
Why corporate massage?
There are so many benefits of having a massage in a corporate environment. I set up a portable massage chair in a conference room or any other unused office space at your location. This ensures for privacy and makes you feel comfortable while getting a massage at work.
This month I had the opportunity to provide massage therapy at the Dallas Cowboys Training Camp in Oxnard, CA. It was a great experience working with some of the best players in the NFL; including Jason Witten, Jason Hatcher and Tyron Smith. These guys work so hard, and the benefits of massage therapy for professional athletes is tremendous!
Recently, I had the opportunity to work at Sony Studios with Alicia Keys, her band, dancers and production crew. Everyone on the Alicia Keys Tour was truly amazing and so talented!
I am honored and blessed to have worked with the AK TOUR!
The past two weeks have been amazing and I have so much to share with you all, new blog post coming soon! Today I was recognized by Zen Foods for being “Friends Featured Entrepreneur of the Week!”
I’ve been super busy working my massage summer sessions at various events in California. After working at the US Open of Surfing event in Huntington, I did massage at the Warped Tour, and at the Jennifer Lopez concert for all the JLo dancers. Later in the summer I also had the opportunity to do massage at the Freestyle Session b-boying event at Club Nokia and the MSA Malibu Classic SurfAid Cup Invitational.
This past week I had the opportunity of providing massage therapy to athletes at the NIKE US Open of Surfing in Hungtington Beach.
Welcome to the re-launch of my website as a celebration to new beginnings. There are some things that need to still be added, but with time it will all come together. Enjoy and have fun looking around my site.
